About Auto Fly

Auto Fly is an old vehicle accounting software application for vehicle dealers, brokers and related businesses. The app helps users manage vehicle purchase entries, sales entries, stock, inventory, customer and supplier details, payment records, reports and related business information.

Our Services

Auto Fly provides software tools for business record keeping and operational management. Some features may depend on device settings, internet connectivity, subscription status, third-party platforms, server availability or Android operating system permissions.

User Responsibilities

• Use our services only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
• Provide accurate account, business, customer, supplier, vehicle, purchase, sales, stock and accounting information.
• Keep your device, account and app permissions secure.
• Do not misuse, copy, modify, reverse engineer or disrupt our services.
• Use the app in compliance with applicable tax, accounting, transport, vehicle transfer, consumer protection and data protection laws.

Accounting And Vehicle Record Accuracy

Auto Fly is a software tool. You are responsible for verifying all purchase, sales, stock, inventory, payment, tax, profit/loss, vehicle and customer records before relying on them for business, legal, tax, finance or vehicle transfer decisions. We do not guarantee that user-entered data is complete, accurate or legally sufficient.

No Legal, Tax Or Financial Advice

Auto Fly does not provide legal, tax, financial, valuation or vehicle compliance advice. Reports, summaries and calculations generated in the app are for business convenience only. You should consult a qualified professional for legal, tax, accounting, RTO, finance or compliance decisions.

Data Backup And Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business records. If Auto Fly provides cloud backup or sync features, we will make reasonable efforts to keep them available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or recovery of every record in every situation.

Payments And Projects

If Auto Fly is offered as a paid app, subscription, license or service, applicable pricing, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation and refund terms may be shown inside the app, on Google Play, on invoices or through written communication. For custom setup, customization, support or development work, pricing, scope, timeline and delivery terms may be confirmed separately.

Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app design, software, source code, database structure, text, graphics and service materials belong to Auto Fly, OYaar AI Reminder or respective owners unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, resell, distribute, modify or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law or written agreement.

User Data Ownership

You retain ownership of business data entered by you, such as vehicle, purchase, sales, customer, supplier, stock, inventory and accounting records. You grant us permission to process this data only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve Auto Fly services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Our services may include links or integrations with third-party services such as Google Play, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, WhatsApp, email, maps, payment providers or document sharing tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies or practices.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Fly and OYaar AI Reminder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of vehicle records, business interruption, tax issues, legal penalties or transaction disputes arising from use of the app or services.

Service Availability

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the app or services from time to time. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily affects app access, sync, backup or support services.

Termination

We may suspend or stop access to our services if there is misuse, violation of these terms, security risk, legal requirement or service discontinuation.

Changes To Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under applicable courts and legal procedures in Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by law.
